Document Solutions, Inc. utilizes the best technology and equipment available for our image capture process. Using multiple Bell & Howell scanners and IPRO Premium Scan & eCapture, images are scanned with incredible clarity and speed (300 DPI). Our imaging department has scanned millions of pages on various projects, while adhering to the quality and timeliness that our clients demand.

Our technicians will prep and scan your documents, inspect each image for clarity and accuracy and reassemble your documents in the same order they were received. Every image is checked against the original in the quality control process. Our team of experienced project managers can then package your data into any format desired. DSi supports most all databases including Summation, Concordance, JFS Litigator’s Notebook, Ringtail and Introspect to name a few.

In addition to going through a series of final check procedures in our quality control department, your final media will be loaded into a database to ensure operability. This ensures that your deliverable will be ready for use when it arrives. If needed, DSi can also have a certified trainer load the media onto your computer. Our trainers and project managers are always available to assist and answer questions.
