Rezembler quickly detects duplicates and near duplicates – free of charge. The software groups documents according to extracted text from digital files or content from paper files that have been digitized through optical character recognition (OCR). In addition, this useful application does not require an extensive server infrastructure or a high-powered PC in order to run. Version 1.2 enhances the user interface of the original beta and it has an improved help system, which will automatically download any new or updated content when you open it.
After files have been processed through Rezembler, the resulting delimited file can then be imported into any review platform for the user to search and quickly see all relationships between documents and their data sets. That means one can spend less time sorting through irrelevant data and more time being productive…
