The Production Process
Running productions should be coordinated closely with the review. Our project management staff will work with you to create a production schedule that is geared around your review priorities and timelines. We suggest that for larger matters, productions be run on a rolling basis (as document sets are completed being reviewed).
The key to having successful productions is to be prepared for them. Production specifications should be created as soon as possible to avoid any delays with the specs and for a solid procedure for creation and quality control of the specific specs can be created.
